Computational science is the mainstay of most current research, industrial and commercial applications and plays an important role in exploiting new technologies.

The ICCSA Conference Series has been providing a venue for industry scientists to discuss new ideas, to share complex problems and solutions, and to shape new trends in Computational Science.

With the orientation of reflecting society from a scientific perspective, this year's prominent theme is Computational Science and Artificial Intelligence, as well as their applications in economic and industrial fields.

The Conference was structured around 06 main themes of the Conference: 1. Computational Methods, Algorithms and Scientific Applications; 2. High Performance Computing and Networks; 3. Geometric Modeling, Graphics and Visualization; 4. Advanced and Emerging Applications; 5. Information Systems and Technologies; 6. Urban and Regional Planning. In addition, the Conference also includes 55 sessions, focusing on topical issues of importance to science, technology and society: from new mathematical approaches to solving computational systems complex, to information and knowledge about the Internet of Things, new statistical and optimization methods, some artificial intelligence approaches, sustainability problems, smart cities and other related technology.

At this conference, the Organizing Committee accepted 53 full articles, 6 short articles and 3 exhibition articles for graduate students out of 207 submissions (30% acceptance rate).

For 55 sessions, the Organizing Committee accepted 281 full papers, 17 short papers and 2 exhibition papers for graduate students. The conference is held in a combined format (in person and online), lasting from July 1 to July 4.

Speaking at the opening of the conference, Prof. Dr. Trinh Minh Thu - President of Thuyloi University shared that we are living in an era where information and communication technologies are developing strongly, deeply affecting all areas of social life.

Therefore, the research and application of Computational Science is not only scientifically meaningful but also makes an important contribution to economic and social development and the progress of humanity.

Computational science is a key element of most current research, industrial and commercial activities and plays a unique role in exploiting innovative Information and Communication Technologies.

Prof. Dr. Trinh Minh Thu hopes that the 24th ICCSA Conference will provide an opportunity to discuss new issues, solve complex problems and find advanced solutions to enable the shaping of new trends in Computational Science.
