On the morning of May 23, Thuyloi University signed the Memorandum of Understanding with Hanabi Group in the field of high-quality human resources training in civil engineering and Japanese language at Vietnam to meet recruitment needs in Japan.

Attending the ceremony, on the side of Hanabi Company, there were Mr. Le Long - CEO of Hanabi Joint Stock Company, representative of Hanabi Group in Japan, Mr. Le Anh Dung - Managing Director of Hanabi Consulting Co., Ltd., representing Hanabi Group in Vietnam and Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tinh - Head of Human Resources Development Department. On the side of the Thuyloi University, there were Prof. Dr. Nguyen Trung Viet - Vice President and representatives of departments and faculties in the university.
According to the MOU, the Thuyloi University will coordinate with Hanabi Company to organize seminars on counseling, career orientations for students and internship programs; Japanese language training classes.
Giving speech at the signing ceremony, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Trung Viet –TLU’ Vice President introduced about Thuyloi University as well as development goals of the university in the future. According to the professor, the contents of the cooperation agreement will support the university in improving the quality of Japanese language training, bringing TLU’students to Japan under the internship program in the field of civil engineering, electricity - electronics, information technology etc. Thuyloi university oriented to become be a multi-disciplinary university and intended to open more new programs that the job market is in demand. In addition, Prof. Nguyen Trung Viet also wishes to implement a program to exchange of Japanese experts, lecturers and students; jointly organize seminars, conferences; public scientific documents; and translate specialized dictionaries to put to use.

Mr. Le Long, representative of the Hanabi Group also shared his experieces when he was the student of 2+2 program of University of Science and Technology - The University of Da Nang. Hanabi Company now deploying construction industry, architecture of hotels, luxury resorts, and infrastructure works in Japan. The company is currently participating in the network ITP which is connecting Vietnam-Japan specialized in construction. Mr. Le Long wishes to cooperate with the University to help students quickly adapt to the working environment in Japan; support students obtain vocational training certificates; verify Japanese companies to help students work according to their aspirations.

In the detailed discussion, the faculties also proposed with Hanabi Group to transfer technology standards for flash floods and landslides, standards for urban tunnels, standards for piles.; support student exchange in tourism and logistics management.
At the end of the signing ceremony, both sides wished to implement more specific programs with the Faculty of Civil Engineering according to the signed MOU, Prof. Viet also promised to have a meeing with Hanabi Group again in the near future when he participates in a conference in Japan.
