University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, USA
On 22 October 2014, an MOU was signed between Thuyloi University and University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, USA (UAF) on the establishment of 2+2 Program in Civil Engineering.
Accordingly, the students who complete the first two years of the Advanced Program in Civil Engineering in TLU may choose to continue their study in the following two years at UAF to be obtain a BSc.E. degree from UAF. All the courses in this program are conducted in English by TLU’s and UoA’s professors and lecturers.
Criteria
To be qualified for this program, the AP-CE students have to achieve a cumulative GPA of at least 2.5 (out of 4) for all the coursework completed at TLU, an official TOEFL score of 75 (internet-based) or 6.5 on IELTS, and show evidence of sufficient financial support.
Estimated cost
Participating transfer students from TLU shall receive a tuition award that will cover 90% of their out of state tuition. It is estimated that each transfer student might save 24,600 USD for the two years studying in USA.
