The Embassy of the United States and the Faculty of Environment, Thuyloi University successfully organized the seminar "Air pollution" on Mach 14th, 2019. The seminar welcomed the participation of environmental experts from the U.S. Embassy (Mr. Jason McInerney - Head of Environmental Health Technology Section, Mr. Jim Chynowel - Deputy Head of Environmental Health Technology Section and Mr. Scott Bartos - Environmental Officer), and more than a hundred lecturers and excellent students from the Faculty of Environment.

The U.S Embassy experts presented an overview of the air pollution issues in the United States and in Hanoi, their and the activities the U.S. Embassy carried out to dear with air pollution as well as a few policy recommendations.

The seminar was an excellent opportunity for TLU lecturers and students to approach the updated knowledge about air pollution as well as suggested solutions, thus the Faculty of Environment will continue to develop more international cooperation in the near future.
